HOW TO MAKE POMELO CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS - A :-
300g Chicken Breast.
INGREDIENTS - B :- (Chill in fridge)
300g pamelo flesh ( loosen into small pieces).
3 Tbsp shredded carrot,
1 Tbsp chopped onion,
1 Tbsp chopped coriander,
CONDIMENTS :-
¼ Tsp salt,
1 Tbsp soy sauce,
1 Tsp sesame oil,
1 Tsp Sugar,
2 Tsp Chill Flakes,
SEASONING :-
2 Tbsp lime juice,
2 Tbsp fish sauce,
1 Tbsp sugar,
½ tsb salt,
3 Red chili padi (chopped)
METHOD :-
1. Put the chicken breast into boiling water to cook for 25 Minutes on low heat, drained, shredded with hand add the marinate with condiments. (Pic 1-5)
2. Put the ingredients B into the big mixing bowl, add in seasoning and mix well, put in serving plate and top with shredded chicken, done. (pic 6-9)
